Use of this website

Content on this site is provided for general information about our services. You may not copy, resell or misrepresent this content as your own without our written permission.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting our contact form does not create a contract between you and Onelnx. A binding agreement is only formed once both parties agree a written scope of work, quote, or service agreement.

Service engagements

Where we carry out installation, support, migration or development work, the scope, pricing, timelines and any warranties are set out in the relevant proposal or agreement issued for that engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Onelnx is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability relating to specific service engagements is set out in the applicable service agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
