Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Onelnx (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through onelnx.com, how we use it, and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, company name and message you provide. We also record the browser user-agent string sent with that submission, which helps us identify automated or fraudulent enquiries. We do not collect payment details on this site.

Your IP address is processed momentarily when you submit the form, solely to limit abuse (rate limiting). Only a one-way hash of it is used, held as a short-lived counter that expires within one minute. It is not written to our database and is not retained.

How we use your data

We use contact form submissions solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to provide a quote or discuss our services. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where your data is stored

Contact form submissions are stored securely in our database, hosted with reputable infrastructure providers. Data is retained only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and for legitimate business record-keeping — ordinarily up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which submissions are deleted. You can ask us to delete your submission sooner at any time (see “Your rights” below).

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-focused analytics to understand overall site usage (e.g. which pages are visited). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@onelnx.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “last updated” date above.
